Why the need to bring a verifiable echo to the UAP phenomenon?

UAP subjects are often discredited and suffer from a lack of respect by association. Despite the democratization of the phenomenon by the American army it is still not taken seriously enough in Europe. The study of UAP phenomena is all too regularly aligned with unscientific trends and theories leading to misunderstanding, misinformation and crucially misrepresentation.

ECHO is the consortium and European congress dedicated to the most up-to-date study and scientific research related to the unidentified aerospace phenomena. It aims to bring together experts, researchers, associations and organizations from all over the world to share their most recent discoveries.

A SUBJECT FOR OUR TIMES

In recent years the international media have not ceased to relay the growing news around celestial phenomena and recently the interventions of the American Congress have pushed NASA (the American space agency) to undertake research conducted under the auspices of eminent scientists.

THE OBJECTIVES OF ECHO

Democratization

To contribute to the democratization of the UFO phenomenon through scientific studies and investigative reports.

Documentation

To propose documented news of the UFO phenomenon by centralizing and presenting files from all over the world, and by making them available on its platform in several languages.

Communication

To allow more widespread dissemination and communication of the UFO phenomenon.

New hypothesis

Open the door to new paradigms and scientific hypotheses related to the enigmas of the universe (multiverse / technology).

Assemble

To bring together experts from all over the world from different backgrounds (science, history, engineering, former government and military agents, politicians, etc.) in an international congress.

European event

The event, presented as a series of conferences and videoconferences, will highlight recent news about the UFO phenomenon, for example:

Saturday 4th And Sunday 5th November 2023 – Paris

Like the international keynotes the ECHO CONGRESS will provide an update on the UFO phenomenon. The event will take place in Paris and will bring together speakers selected for their specific themes. These guests will speak during conferences, round tables and (for some) videoconferences .

The private event will also bring together journalists, media managers and editors (national and/or international).

Jacques Vallée is an Internet pioneer, computer scientist, venture capitalist, author, ufologist and astronomer currently residing in San Francisco, California and Paris, France.

Eric Zurcher (Fr)

Historian, author et ufologist

An historian by trade he has been interested in the subject of UFOs for over fifty years. He created an association in the 1970s before working in the field and collecting numerous testimonies.

Fabrice Bonvin (Swz)

Author et ufologist

Author of several books, including the acclaimed “OVNIs & Conscience”. As an international lecturer, he has given over 100 radio and (web) TV interviews. His main areas of interest include UAP.

Philippe Guillemant (Fr)

Research engineer for CNRS

He is a research engineer at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), holding an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris and graduated in physics.

ECHO congress at the sorbonne university:

The history of the Sorbonne University is inseparable from that of the University of Paris, founded in the 13th Century, and is the place that became its main area of influence. The Sorbonne is renowned as the venue of choice for scientific events in France, as well as for political and cultural events.

During these two days more than 400 people will be able to attend the conferences in English and French (headphones and audio receivers provided).
